An opportunity has arisen for a Process and Compliance Lead to deliver a high quality and consistent service in a cost efficient way through excellence. Ensuring Customer Solutions deliver a high quality and consistent service in a cost-efficient way. To ensure all audits and assessments are compliant in relation to business and contractual legislation across Customer Solutions and managing all external customer relations with growing sustainable profit through operational effectiveness and service excellence

Accountable for the team meeting and exceeding the expectations of customers through the delivery of service and product excellence according to the prescribed operating model.
Lead a collaborative sharing workforce ensure optimal use and to meet both customer requirements and business demands.
Understanding and practical knowledge of all working practices (on hires, off hires, cross rentals, breakdowns, back on hires, loss, damage, etc)
Manage and develop process guide for all Hire Desk Controllers and make recommendations for new and existing processes to be implemented or reviewed.
Create and implement a standard communication plan for process change.
Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes, when required.
Personal responsibility for continuous development by actively participating in the ongoing training programme.
Drive department compliance to implemented processes.
Lead resolution of customer and supplier approvals
Responsible for resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner by engaging with internal and external stakeholders (Speedy and Partners) to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently and in line with department processes.
Responsible for the reduction of customer and supplier credits and minimising customer and supplier invoice queries
Engage with technical teams to specify and develop tools and features to ensure compliance.
Develop close working relationships with third party companies involved in the operations of the business's license.
Compilation, maintenance, and submission of reports, returns and notifications including regulatory reporting submission or oversight.
Ensure any breaches in compliance are reported in a timely manner and escalated.
Accountable for weekly and monthly reporting delivered to the business including performance KPI’s. 
Comply with full budgeting Process and reporting requirements as set by Group.
Develop the Company’s people capability aligned to business goals, including the identification and development of Speedy’s values, Career Line of Sight, and succession planning along with ensuring that team adopt and maintain the Speedy Spirit
Other duties as required to include out of hours response and key holding.
Analise, maintain, and improve Customer Solutions performance and processes.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
Lead and oversee continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Create a culture of improvement by communicating with and encouraging employees.
Monitoring and measuring employee performance and process outcomes.
