Process Chemical Engineer
As a Process/Reliability Engineer you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our food liquid processing operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of production processes, plants, and machines in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to liquid processing.
Conduct reliability studies to identify areas for improvement in machinery and equipment.
Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Monitor and analyze performance data to recommend improvements in production processes.
Provide technical expertise in the design and modification of processing equipment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Process/Reliability Engineer in the food industry.
Extensive knowledge of liquid processing production processes, plants, and machinery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
