Your Role

The main purpose of the role will be to act as the site lead for implementation of performance excellence. Liaise with ADM Performance Excellence Practitioners to deliver projects and fully engage our staff in the performance excellence journey. Carry out a national support role in Total Process Safety. Work with business leaders and specialist consultants to fully embed TPS within UK milling.Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the Performance Excellence Programme in ADM Edinburgh.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects across the site.
  • Manage minor and medium size engineering projects.
  • Coordinate team project meetings and communicate progress to the wider group.
  • Support other sites by communicating success and sharing best practice.
  • Provide KPI information to measure and review performance.
  • Be the main contact for Total Process Safety across UK milling.
  • Create policies and procedures for managing TPS.
Your Profile
  • MSc, BSc, MEng, BEng, in Chemical Technology, Process Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a strong affinity to the process industry.
  • Process Engineering or Process Management or Project Management.
  • Training in continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Sigma, green belt qualification preferred.
