The Company now wishes to recruit an enthusiastic and driven individual to take up the role of Process Engineer at our site in ENNISKILLEN
Process Engineer
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of innovative flexible packaging projects for customers including building works instructions/orders in ERP/MIS Systems for the print, lamination, and finishing departments.
The role
•Liaising with clients and ensure artwork is compatible with our printing process•Evaluate designs for technical feasibility
•Translate designs concepts into production specifications and works orders for production
•Communicate any changes with clients
•Provide accurate plate quotes to clients
•Brief reprographic houses on design and production requirements
•Co-ordinate with reprographic houses, clients and sales team to ensure timely delivery of reprographics, proofs and plates.
•Attend press approvals as required
•Liaise with production teams on design queries
•Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of print projectsEssential Criteria
•Basic graphic design experience gained in a customer focused environment•Experience of dealing with external customers, both face to face and on the phone
•Knowledge/experience of Adobe DC & Illustrator
•MS Office experience including ability to create and maintain basic Excel spreadsheets ETC
•Experience of EFI Radius System
Desirable Criteria
