About the programme

Start with the microscopic detail and work your way up. That’s what our process engineers do. Join them and you’ll help us develop robust, innovative solutions to extraordinary challenges.

Over 5 years, you'll get to know the ins and outs of designing processes and technologies - from New Build to Decommissioning and life extension for our client sites globally.

You’ll also gain insights into the full development lifecycle and understand how this sector contributes to our success. And the best part? You'll be part of a friendly team that's all about collaboration and innovation.

Further details are available at United Kingdom Security Vetting: clearance levels – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). For our early careers roles, you must be able to achieve BPSS and many of them require you to be eligible for Security Clearance.

In addition, you’ll benefit from:

  • Fully funded qualification
