This is an exciting opportunity for an industry experienced Process Engineering Manager to join a global engineering business within the energy sector.
You will have extensive industry experience preferably within the Oil and Gas sector, with exposure to separation and produced water solutions.
As a Process Engineering Manager you will also need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities which will include mentoring and development of staff in your area.
Duties
- Manage and lead activities of the Process Engineering team.
- Manage process input and assess and manage potential technical risk.
- Responsibility for preparation of relevant company proposals.
- Execute and develop process studies, tenders, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Regular communication with clients, suppliers, and government bodies.
- Maintain a constant review and plan of resource requirements in the team.
- Training and mentoring of colleagues as necessary.
- Occasional travel in relation to projects (Could include offshore)
Background:
- Degree: Chemical or Process Engineering
- Extensive technical experience in the Process Engineering
- Preferably Oil and Gas experience
- People management skills
