This post is full time (35 hours per week) and open ended (permanent). Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate. A great opportunity has arisen for a Process Improvement Lead to join the University’s Transformation team. The University of Glasgow has embarked upon an exciting strategic transformation programme covering significant changes to the staff and student experience, via investment in the campus, IT infrastructure and formation of the Transformation team to bring organisational, process, system, and service improvements. Reporting to the Head of Process Improvement and working in collaboration with the fellow members of the WCGT team, and project teams from across the University, the Process Improvement Lead will support the diagnostics and team engagement within improvement projects in flight that are designed to transform our staff and student experience through Process Improvement. Utilising their knowledge of Process Improvement techniques to help diagnose and design solutions that will improve our internal processes alongside our ways of working. The Process Improvement Lead will be able to work effectively as a part of the delivery team to embed improvements in processes and our ways of working that will deliver real benefits in terms of our user and/or staff experience and create value adding time for our teams.
