Job description

A Unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial Process Improvement Manager with retail warehouse experience to streamline processes and identify areas within the warehouse for improvement. Opportunity to travel to Europe.

About the role:

The Process Improvement Manager will build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver commercial objectives for the Retail team.

What you will do:

  • Identifying areas for improvement within the warehouse in terms of processes & procedures
  • Processing the sales data and day to day processes and streamlining these procedures
  • Liaising with depots and sites and identifying areas for improvement
  • Re-balancing the stock and identifying stock losses and stock checks
  • Work with the leadership team and various stakeholders and making suggestions for improvements
  • Be responsible for identifying operational business improvement opportunities
  • Ad-hoc travel to the EU as and when required

Requirements:

  • Previous retail / warehousing process or similar experience
  • Proven analytics experience, such as analysing information to make business improvements
  • Previous Continuous Improvement or Process improvement experience
  • Experience using business improvement tools such as Power BI, MS Visio, Crystal Reports etc
