Offered as a 12 month FTC (with opportunity for perm longer term), the role is based in Avonmouth with hybrid working 2/3 days per week.
About the opportunity:
Harding+ has doubled its revenue in the last 12 months. We are also currently implementing a new Forecasting & Replenishment System to automate key processes and ultimately improve product availability. Having undergone this growth, and with the new system that has a large reliance on data on the horizon, now is the time to get control of our processes and data
The Process Excellence Manager role is a real greenfield opportunity to bring best practice from the industry in terms of retail process and data excellence, to an environment that is ready for change. In this newly created role, you will manage a team of process leads and data administrators to deliver clearly understood processes that result in high quality data, which is fundamental to the success of our business.
The role will cover the scope of processes across Buying, Merchandising, Logistics, and Supply Chain, encapsulating key retail processes such as pricing, promotions, ranging, and replenishment.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and support a high performing team to define, refine, and deliver the necessary processes and data output
- Formalising, implementing, and maintaining visible business processes to support the end-to-end Supply Chain Operating Model
- Continuously identify and implement Process Improvements that wholly support key commercial goals or improve the efficiency of the business
- Effectively govern data loading and data accuracy
- Gatekeeper for all new data and any changes to business process
About you:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a Retail business, performing roles that are close to the heart of process and data experience within Pricing, Promotion, Range, and Replenishment processes is particularly sought after
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with your peers, being able to communicate the importance and benefits of strong process as well as holding others to account for their adherence to process
- Ideally have a background in Process Improvement methodologies and/or significant experience within the process areas described
- Able to adapt your knowledge and experience to Harding s unique requirements as a Cruise Retailer
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a highly structured approach, and the skill to influence others
- A can do attitude and defend a point of view through proficient presentation skills
- Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
