SalaryDue to our client's ongoing expansion, they are in search of a Process Operator to become part of their inclusive team.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role within our client's manufacturing team, overseeing both manual and non-manual production duties.
Working Hours:
Rotating weekly shifts: 6:00am-16:00pm or 16:00pm-02:00am, Monday to Friday.
Type: Temporary ongoing with the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate
Pay Rate: GBP11 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:
• Demonstrating our client's commitment to delivering personalized and professional service to their customers.
• Cultivating a vibrant and supportive atmosphere where team members embody our client's organizational values.
• Carrying out tasks such as processing laser cut parts, conducting internal quality assessments, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Engaging in general production duties.
• Strict adherence to health and safety protocols, technical guidelines, and hygiene standards.
• Occasional weekend work may be necessary to accommodate customer demands.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• A solid educational background, including proficiency in Maths and English.
• While experience in an engineering environment is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• A keen eye for detail is essential.
Essential and Preferred Skills:
• Basic proficiency in computer usage.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Flexibility in scheduling, encompassing evenings and weekends.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing processes is desirable.
• Capability to lift and handle materials up to 25kg, operate tools, and perform related physical tasks.
