Position Overview: As a Process Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include following designated procedures, maintaining exceptional attention to detail, and collaborating effectively with your team to achieve production goals. This is a temporary position with the potential for overtime and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manufacturing processes with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members to maintain a productive work environment.
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures meticulously.
• Display flexibility in working rotational early and back shifts as required.
• Guarantee punctuality for 6am starts during the early shift.
• Uphold high standards of quality control and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is advantageous.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and execute written instructions effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as part of a rotational schedule.

• Reliability and punctuality for early morning shifts.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing setting.
