Process Operator

Medik8 is an award-winning skincare brand that is rapidly expanding across the globe; our much-loved products are manufactured in-house and an exciting opportunity has arisen in our state-of-the-art Innovation Centre.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that the best quality bulk batches of our products are always available on time and as per the brief. With clear guidelines to follow, you will create pilot and production batches, ensuring every batch is completed to the highest quality standards.

Full training will be given and you will have opportunities to progress and learn. This is a Monday-Friday role, working 2:30pm-11pm.

In more detail your role will:

• Guarantee the highest quality standards of product bulk manufacture in accordance with formulation guidelines
• Analyse batches during production and recording observations
• Guarantee safe and competent operation of machinery
• Guarantee the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene within the Blending environment
• Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines are met
• Ensure the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained at all times

We would love to hear from you if you..

• Ideally have experience in a similar role, e.g. Cosmetics, Chemicals, Food/Drink or Stock Control
• Do not have experience but can demonstrate your ability to strictly follow given guidelines with accuracy and consistency and with a real interest in our products
• Have good IT skills
• Are physically fit as occasional heavy lifting is part of the role
• Are able to work under pressure, and to deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Are willing to be a truly valuable member of a small team
