Process Technician

As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of a pioneering facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment and processes involved in converting household waste into biomethane.
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Analyze data, monitor process parameters, and take corrective actions to optimize plant performance and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to develop and implement process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and safety protocols.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.
- Conduct periodic checks and inspections of equipment, instrumentation, and safety systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Respond promptly to alarms, deviations, and emergencies to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and inventory levels to support reporting and compliance requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives and community engagement programs.
Requirements:

Key Information:
- Located in Swindon
- Working Hours: 4 on 4 off / 2 Days 2 Nights 4 off - 12-hour shifts.
- Salary up to 30,000 per annum + 15% Shift Allowance
