Process Technician Manufacturer of flooring products in Lisburn seek a new Process Technician for their team THE COMPANY: Established for over 80 years, our client manufacturers a range of cutting edge flooring solutions that are sold to their extensive network of distributors throughout the UK and Europe. As a result of continued success and growth, they now seek to hire a new Process Technician to join their team. THE ROLE: The successful Process Technician will be based within commutable distance to Lisburn Northern Ireland and will be responsible for the following: ****This role is a night shift role and hours will be Monday to Thursday 9pm to 7am**** Ensure production targets and schedules are met Running of injection moulding machines and performing mould, tool, insert and colour changes as required Ensure smooth operation of machinery and conduct fault finding as required Set standards on machines and train others to make improvements Work with quality and health and safety team to ensure a smooth and safe operation THE PERSON: For this process Technician role we are looking to speak to candidates that have the following profiles: You will have at least 1 year experience working as a production or Process Technician Ideally, you will have experience working with injection moulding machines, although this is not a pre-requisite Strong communication skills and strong English Excellent attention to detail THE PACKAGE: Salary: £32k basic salary 33 days paid leave (incl bank holidays) LOCATION: Lisburn, Northern Ireland.
