Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join their dynamic team. The Process Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing processes.
We're looking for a dedicated individual to join the team as a Process Technician. In this role, you will:
- Perform a variety of processing tasks as assigned by the Production Manager to meet workload demands.
- Adhere to established systems and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively to meet daily customer requirements across various finishing processes. Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Shot peening (both automated and manual)
- Applying coatings
- Water bead blasting
- Chemical blacking
- Masking
- Various blasting processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the completion of daily customer requirements across a range of finishing processes.
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace, with a strong emphasis on Health and Safety protocols.
- Keep workstations organised and assist in maintaining shared areas.
- Support additional duties as needed to accommodate Sandwell's workload demands.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Awareness of Health and Safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
