Are you a technical guru with a passion for manufacturing? Our company is seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team in Exeter!
This role is critical in driving efficient and consistent production by maintaining control and sustainability with the process area.
In this role, you will operate and troubleshoot key equipment, conduct daily walkthroughs and audits, and use your engineering and manufacturing expertise to ensure smooth operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to be hands-on, solve problems, and train others on the latest industry advancements.
As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our equipment, ensuring that it is running at optimum levels and addressing any technical issues that may arise. Your keen eye for detail and technical expertise will be essential in keeping our daily operations on track.
We value a culture of continuous improvement, and your daily walkthroughs and audits will play a vital role in this process. You will be responsible for identifying any areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance our processes. As a key member of our team, your technical expertise will be crucial in identifying and implementing best practices while adhering to our established SOP's.
Our ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in engineering or a related technical field and at least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You must have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a strong background in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment is required. We are also seeking someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively train and collaborate with our team.
