SalaryYard operations staff, with progression to plant operation required for Night Shifts at waste recovery facility.
Kiely Bros Ltd are looking to employ a team of motivated workers to handle the processing of material through our state of the art waste to energy facility in Tyseley.
Pay will be accompanied by a competitive night working bonus.
Staff will be trained, and no formal qualifications are required, however as with all shift work attendance and reliability is key.
Every staff member employed will begin employment on labouring roles, however any staff member showing a willingness to learn will be provided with plant operator training, and opportunities of progress into 360 / Loading shovel operator roles. This is a real opportunity for career progression.
