Procurement Administrator

Adecco are excited to be recruiting for a Procurement Administratorto join a highly recognised organisation within a niche field.

Salary: 23000/ 24000

Working hours: standard hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm (the client will consider later starts or flexi-hours)

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for providing support to the buying/ procurement team. Working within a friendly, small but longstanding team in a relaxed and flexible working environment.

Responsibilities

• Compiling quotes and prices from suppliers
• Processing requests for the procurement of goods and services
• Building and maintaining relationships with Suppliers and customers alike
• Ensuring all costs and 'small print' is detailed

Candidate requirements

• High level of attention to detail is crucial
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
• Preferably experience of client quotations and purchase ledger
