More about your role

You will provide administration support to the Procurement Team. You will work closely with the team and our people in various parts of the business conducting a variety of administrative duties. A large part of your role will be to maintain existing and build new relationships with both customers and colleagues - all at a variety of levels. Your duties will include assisting the procurement team in checking tenders and adding them to the system prior to publication, posting tender notices, reviewing applications from potential suppliers and calculating rebate claim so you will possess a keen eye for detail and enjoy working to set processes. You must be able to confidently communicate in a professional and personable manner.

More about you

A background in a busy administration position would be beneficial for this role, however we are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills along with a strong telephone manner.  You must be able to navigate yourself around Microsoft Office programmes such as Word & Excel. We are looking for candidates who are extremely confident and are able to communicate with both internal and external parties and adjust their communication dependant on the person and the query.  Knowledge of procurement and/or housing would be beneficial but full training will be provided

3 years in an Administration role is essential for this role.
