Procurement Administrator
Salary: From 24,000
Location: Bristol
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
As a Procurement Administrator, you will be working with the Procurement team assisting with:
- Working closely with departments in the business to understand the needs
- Source materials from well suited suppliers, finding and analysing quotations
- Negotiate prices of materials with suppliers and ensure cost-efficient transactions
- Establish relationships with key suppliers, dealing with shortages and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure company procurement policies and procedures are followed at all times
- General administrative support
- Monitor performance by suppliers, working closely with procurement manager to settle issues
- Liaise with warehouse team to ensure smooth running of business
To be successful in this Procurement Administrator role you will need to be:
- Experienced within procurement related positions
- Knowledge on plumbing and/or heating industry
- Resilient and keen attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Supply Chain Administrator/ Category Administrator/ Materials Administrator
