Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading global organisation with UK Head Offices in north Sheffield who are recruiting a temporary Procurement Administrator to cover a period of sick leave. This role is due to start in May, working full time Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times.
This is a fast paced role where every day is different. It would suit a self-motivated, honest and trustworthy person who has great communication skills.
Supporting the Procurement, Fleet and Facilities team with administrative duties other key duties and responsibilities include:
- Dealing with enquires
- Managing inbox and calendars
- Uploading and maintaining documentation on the systems
- Document control
- Creating purchase requisitions
- Invoice management
- Being the point of contact for new orders and renewals
- Resolving and queries and issues
- Managing the internal contracts database
- Managing the orders of company cars, hire cars and renewal of vehicles
The successful candidate will be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Prior working experience in an Administration role is essential for this role. Previous procurement experience is not required, however this is highly advantageous.
