Responsibilities
• Transform category and supplier strategies into actionable sourcing plans• Develop sourcing plans prioritizing cost, availability, innovation, and quality• Implement regional supplier selection and oversee the RFx process• Negotiate prices, manage contracts, and oversee supplier performance• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and legal requirements• Collaborate with Global Category Manager and anticipate market changes• Take ownership of agreed-upon KPIs and facilitate their reporting
Requirements
• 6+ years of strategic end-to-end procurement experience• Experience in procuring metals and construction components• Experience managing a Category in a large international company• Ability to drive sustainability improvements and manage stakeholders• Ability to operate in an unstructured working environment
