Elevation Recruitment- Business Support are excited to be working with a public sector organisation in Sheffield to recruit a Procurement Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis for a minimum of 4 months

This is a highly administrative role in which you will be supporting the Procurement Administrator and working with the Buyers in the wider business.
Within this role you will primarily be responsible for supplier onboarding, ensuring the new supplier forms are correct and uploading onto the internal system. Within this role you will need to search framework agreements on internal system. Ensuring all compliance is up to date and completed, checking whether quotes are attached, checking if suppliers are on the framework and advising stakeholders when a tender process is needed.
To be successful for this position you will:
- Ideally have experience within a publicly funded organisation, education or service sector
- Have experience managing internal relationships and working with suppliers
- An understanding of procurement and supplier frameworks is ideal
