Job description

Sanderson are currently working with our leading client to recruit a Procurement Commodity Manager to support their Business Services & Travel function.

Propel the continuous development of best-practice procurement processes, seamlessly integrating Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into the supply chain.

  • Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted business advisor to functional leaders and service owners across the organization.

Foster close collaboration with internal stakeholders to cultivate effective and suitable relationships with suppliers.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Assisting in pivotal sourcing activities for specific elements within the BS&T commodity areas, ensuring alignment with the overarching business objectives.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P).
  • Well-established commercial and technical expertise in sourcing.
  • Proven track record in contract preparation, due diligence, and providing support in sourcing projects.
  • Ability to identify and address risk management issues.
  • Familiarity with Coupa or similar Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems.
  • Strong relationship-building skills rooted in trust.
  • Capability to lead and influence others.
  • Robust communication skills.
