About the Trust

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is one of the largest acute Trusts in the UK, employing over 28,000 staff. What you’ll be responsible for:

· Manage incoming calls for queries and requests relating to P2P functions, as well as taking calls relating to other Procurement areas.

· Process many of the requests and queries made on the electronic Service Desk or via the procurement support email.

· Provide end-user support for basic issues with using the Integra2 finance and e-procurement system.

· Assistance with finding purchase categories or subjective codes, inputting requisitions and ensuring purchase orders are correctly receipted for payment.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Previous admin experience

· Previous NHS experience

· Previous procurement experience

· NHS System Knowledge

This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
