Role: Procurement Manager - HR and Professional Services

Rate: £80k to £85k (pro rata) plus benefits, including c.10% annual bonus scheme

Client: Multi-national Entertainment Business

Location: Hybrid working from home and 2 days per week in Watford

Duration: 9 month Fixed Term Contract (scope for permanent opportunity)

Are you a strong, generalist Procurement Manager, with experience in HR and Professional Services Categories?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a 'Greenfield' Procurement operation, taking a key role in supporting business-critical procurement projects, in a fast-paced, transformation environment.

Our client is a multi-national entertainment business who are developing groundbreaking technology to improve customer experience and engagement, and with an ambition to build one of the UK's most diverse and inclusive working environments.

This is a blended strategic and hands-on role, to work on ad-hoc projects in line with your expertise. You will also ensure rigour in the Supplier onboarding process.

This organisation is currently centralising their Procurement department, and this role will partner with the business to ensure robust relationships are in place, and that they understand the new model.

Requirements:

• 5 years' Indirect and Direct Procurement experience, with some HR and Professional Services experience.
• Strong experience selecting, onboarding, and managing suppliers.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and managing supplier agreements.
• Excellent relationship management skills, up to a senior level.
