Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable suppliers of both raw material and packaging
Ensure new suppliers are technically suitable
Set contracts, manage terms, and control spending budgets
Manage stock levels for both UK and European manufacturing sites
Track expenditure, stock levels, and ensure all activities remain profitable.
This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck into the dynamics of a function by identifying areas for improvement and creating strong strategies and processes to ensure the supply chain function continually operates efficiently and effectively.
