As the Procurement Officer you will be working within one of the best known and admired brands in the world for this hybrid role - 3 days office based and 2 days working from home.
For this role you will be responsible for the procurement process management in the ERP system (SAP) and engage and co-ordinate with the external supply partners for the supply of products and related services.
In addition, you wil be issuing RFx, reviewing supplier's quotations, selecting suppliers, and negotiating procurement contracts.
Key accountabilities:
- ERP system processing for completion of procurement activities in the system.
- Supplier RFx initiation, execution, and management.
- Supplier spend management & Supplier contract finalisation.
- Post-supplier contract management.
- Supplier performance/relationship management.
- Weekly report on key procurement projects to procurement Head of Group
Qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management and/or IT industry
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Application.
Desirable
- Familiar with ERP systems e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate or CIPS Level 4 Diploma Certificate held.
