Job Description:

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for technological devices? We’re looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team. As a Procurement Officer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring you are keeping on top of the latest technologies. Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
• Make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Review vendor and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and essential data.
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
• Develop purchasing plans for services and supplies.
• Ensure product quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfil duties.
• Keep an updated list of suppliers.

Experience:

• Proven procurement experience, preferably in a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a drive for results
• Procurement: 1 year (preferred)

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:00
