Procurement Operations Analyst

We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading FMCG companies who are looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst. It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

What You Can Expect

• Location - Watford (Hybrid - 2 days per week on site)
• Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
• Work type - 12 month fixed term contract

Main Responsibilities of a Procurement Operations Analyst

• Managing the central inbox for all purchasing requests across the business.
• Working closely with the finance team to ensure requests are coded accurately and the budget is allocated.
• Ensuring business sign off on purchase requests with the appropriate stakeholder.
• Accurately and efficiently entering data into SAP.
• Chasing purchasing request approval forms and good receipt information.
• Managing delivering evidence in SAP.
• Liasing with the accounts team on supplier invoicing queries to ensure they are dealt with promptly.
• Streamlining the process of PO approval and sign off for supplier payments.
• Managing and closing all PO balances.
• Ensuring SLA’s for processing PO’s is met across the business.
• Managing senior stakeholders during the sourcing process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• High attention to detail.
• Stakeholder management skills.
