JN Bentley are recruiting for a Procurement Scheduler to join the Anglian Water Alliance on a permanent basis, across the East of England.

As our Procurement team look to establish dynamic and innovative ways to support the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic Procurement Scheduler to join the team.
What will you be doing as our new Procurement Scheduler?
As our new Procurement Scheduler, you’ll be responsible for the loading of requisitions of goods and services across Water Recycling and Water programme areas.
Tasked with striving to achieving outperformance against the Procurement “Whitebook” initiative, you’ll look to drive efficiencies by working collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout the organisation by collating, organising and analysing data to support the wider procurement team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and develop the procurement schedules in line with the procurement strategy
- Manage the materials master codes in association with the materials catalogue
- Ensure that the demand data input within CCMS (Cost Capital Management System) is correctly allocated to the project WBS
- Support the timely delivery of Alliance goods within the agreed period with the Senior Buyer
- Provide the Procurement team with excellent visibility of requisitions raised and potential performance issues both in delivery and communication.
- Maintain the confidence of your stakeholders by building a solid understanding of products and services expected to be delivered.
