Procurement Support Officer

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Procurement Support Officer, a 12-month contract role working for an energy client in Scotland.

• Inside of IR35 – Umbrella only
• Looking for data analysis and high-level administration skills, ideally from a procurement or contracts management setting
• Hybrid working, 1 – 2 days a week in Glasgow.

You will be working with Category Managers and Procurement Officers as well as the Business in processing statements of work, amending contract changes and performing low level purchases.

Your Skills and Experience

• Ability to draft contracts, an understanding of IT contract terms is desirable, but not essential.
• Have strong data analysis skills - able to use excel, track Data, gather data for reports.
• High level business administration experience.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Highly developed in drafting and writing.
