Job Title: Procurement Systems & Reporting Development Lead

Location: Scotstoun, Glasgow. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: £46,000 - £52,000, dependent on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Enable the most effective build of the T26 frigate by building toolsets that allow Supply Chain to provide the right parts, to the right place, at the right time
  • Drive and support the development and continuous improvement of our business intelligence toolset (Tableau)
  • Work with key stakeholders across the Supply Chain & wider business to understand reporting requirements
  • Work with the IT department to identify solutions, and lead associated project(s) including testing, communications and training delivery
  • Continuous improvement of existing toolsets & reports
  • Drive and support the development and continuous improvement of SAP toolset & reports
  • SAP UAT testing & implementation
  • Internal improvements & workflows
  • Collaboratively work across Supply Chain teams & NS functional SMEs forum

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Must have experience of using Tableau or similar toolset
  • Expertise and experience using Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP
  • Project management experience and good Stakeholder management skills
  • Appreciation of Supply Chain activities

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in a Supply Chain environment

Our Supply Chain Team:

As a Procurement Systems & Reporting Development Lead, you will use your technical knowledge and expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning systems to support our Naval Ships business in the use and management of SAP and associated processes. This is an excellent opportunity for you to take ownership and be responsible for driving activity through the business.
