Procurement Team Leader-(Sourcing)

To assist the Procurement Manager in the provision of a value for money purchasing service to HSCNI customers in line with HSCNI regulations and ISO 9001 procedures ensuring Service Level Agreement and PaLS Service Delivery Plan objectives are achieved. This role is principally concerned with a sourcing / contracting role for HSCNI..

A primary degree AND at least two years relevant experience within the past ten years OR A relevant Professional Qualification, such as full membership of CIPS or CILT AND at least two years relevant experience OR 4 years relevant experience

Ability to maintain and improve services and systems to meet high standards of quality and professionalism, contributing to the management of change, whilst maintaining and continuously improving customer service.

A working knowledge of purchasing/logistics and/or finance related computerised and e-commerce systems.
