Let us tell you a little bit about the role…
As a Product Adoption Manager, you will work directly with our product teams to accelerate product and service adoption across DBT. The role requires taking a user-centred approach in your decision making, helping to close the loop between users and our products both internally and externally. It will be your responsibility to add value by not just increasing user numbers, but by engaging and delighting the user at each stage of their journey. Message reinforcement and user retention will be equally weighted with driving awareness of new features and gaining new users. You will be required to monitor and measure the success of your adoption campaigns, while linking the outcomes back to DDaT and DBT strategic objectives.
Whether you are joining from a product marketing, communications or digital background, this role will be varied and give you space to innovate and fine-tune your Product Adoption skills. The position sits in the Engagement and Strategic Adoption team and provides an opportunity to work closely with a large and growing community of DDaT professionals and DBT staff across the globe, offering you opportunities to stretch and develop in your career.
This role is available in seven UK locations and can only be worked from within the UK, not overseas. If your office location is London, you will be eligible to receive London weighting. DBT employees work in a hybrid pattern, spending 2-3 days a week (pro rata) in the office on average. Changes to these working arrangements are available in certain circumstances but must be agreed with the vacancy manager and in line with the requirements of the role and can only be discussed with successful candidates. Travel to your primary office location will not be paid for by DBT, but costs for travel to an office which is not your main location will be covered.
