We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated marketing intern to join our incredible UK&I Customer Success Organisation and Marketing team. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in Marketing but doesn’t know where to start, then we want to work with you. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a ‘year in industry’ or has recently graduated within the last 3 months.

Customer Success is mission-critical for long-term growth and we have clear visibility into our customers’ major pain points. ServiceNows Customer Success Organisation (CSO) has offerings designed to help our customers accelerate time to value and achieve their desired business outcomes; ensuring successful digital transformations & exceptional business value.

As a product manager and Marketing intern you will collaborate with our got-to-market, delivery and Marketing teams on various stages of a campaign, from execution to promotion to follow up activity. Your insightful contribution will help us develop and expand our customer impact. You will work closely with a number of teams, including sales, to help us reach our marketing targets.

This internship will allow you to acquire a range of outbound Product and Marketing skills, provide you with industry knowledge and clarify your career goals. You will gain insight into the way organisations operate and how to overcome challenges. Ultimately, you will gain broad Product and Marketing experience and learn how to work in any fast-paced environment.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Be the SPOC for comms relating to CSO success stories in region
  • Partner with Delivery to capture unique business stories
  • Support the penetration of our offerings across our customer base by sharing use cases and relevant customer stories
  • Develop customer references and customer spotlights
  • Elevate the profile of CSO internally and externally through use of social media campaigns

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  •        Passion for the marketing industry and the impact is has
  •        Enjoy a fast-paced and innovative environment
  •        Ability to develop relationships with various teams
  •        Hungry to always improve and offer the best version of yourself

Requirements and skills

  •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •        Creative problem-solving skills
  •        Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
  •        Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  •        Proficient use of Social Media and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • 3 or 6 months starting June 2024
