Product Brand Manager

Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid)

Salary: £31k- £38k DOE and bonus in addition along with other benefits

Fixed Term Contract: 9 months

Company: Leading producers of household pharmaceutical products.

This role is ideal for an experienced Brand Manager or a high-performing Assistant Brand Manager ready to advance their career.The focus of this role is to launch new brands, review market data and category information, build a business case.
It is a commercial role.

The Role:

• Take charge of leading NPD projects, overseeing the entire process and collaborating with the consumer insights department to craft a compelling sales story.


• Utilise well-developed stakeholder management skills to collaborate cross-functionally with the customer senior Brand Manager, comms senior Brand Manager, and the sales team.


• Ensure launches achieve commercial excellence through effective coordination.


• Monitor fragrance trends in the marketplace, identifying range gaps, and creating clear briefs, with a preference for those with fine fragrance experience.
  

Who are we looking for?

• Experience leading successful NPD projects, guiding brand growth from identifying market opportunities to timely launch delivery.


• Skilled marketer experienced in classical and digital activation, including mass media, content, and social media.
  Knowledge of product marketing is a plus.


• Background in trade marketing and selling to UK retailers in collaboration with Key Account Sales teams.


• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills for balancing daily tasks and meeting project deadlines.


• FMCG background is preferable or a relatable industry such as food or a season centric industry with tight deadlines


• Effective partnership and management of agencies.


• Strong commercial acumen, numeracy, and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholders.


• Creative thinker, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
