Role Overview: As a Product Change Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing Product Change mortgage applications. Your responsibilities will include:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for queries related to Product Change mortgage applications.
* Delivering timely, accurate, and fitting responses to inquiries
* Collaborating with various internal departments and Mortgage Brokers to update them on case progress and resolve any arising queries.
* Proactively engaging with existing customers to bolster the Product Change pipeline and offer reminders about upcoming product expiration dates.
* Efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data across internal and external systems.
* Taking charge of managing applications and handling relevant tasks independently.
* Pursuing outstanding documentation, reports, and information necessary for application progression.
* Coordinating valuations and liaising with valuers to ensure seamless processes.
* Conducting final checks before application completion.
Requirements: While not mandatory, basic knowledge or experience in the mortgage/financial industry is advantageous.
Location: Kings Hill
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full-time
Additional information: Following probation - 1 day week from home
