Applause IT are recruiting a Product Data Analyst to join a market-leading software solutions company in the UK. This Product Data Analyst will be part of their telematics division, working within their Telematics team, which is the largest in the UK. Our client's telematics team currently tracks over 12 billion miles of travel annually, with over 600,000 tracked assets throughout the world.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Gain insights to their customers and Telematics products by analysing data
- Utilising the insights and data knowledge to assist product and service teams
- Designing key metrics to measure different aspects of their Telematics platform
- Sustaining and developing dashboards for monitoring metrics and presenting insights
- Promoting data literacy across the product teams, organising and holding workshops
- Creating tracking solutions with custom metrics to capture particular user behaviours or events aligned with business goals
- Providing essential product and customer insights to inform business decision making
The successful Product Data Analyst will have the following experience:
- Previously working in an analytical role, creating impactful solutions
- A strong background in a quantitative discipline
- Emphasis on representing data through reporting and visualisation
- Experience with SQL, Python or other programming languages
- Experience of ETL/Pipeline building
