Product Delivery Owner – Dealer Auction

The role:
Active in all software development lifecycle stages, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, understood, achievable and delivered through well communicated Go To Market plans. These plans will be created collaboratively and support the successful launch of new features and propositions on the platform.
You will be responsible for the following:
Understanding and driving where we are in the delivery of product, customer and technical detail and bringing these together with the wider product team to shape the roadmap.Ensuring that we have Go to Market plans in place for new product launches, existing product enhancements and new customer networks.Leading and coordinating product launch activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across all teams.Monitoring and reporting on the performance of go-to-market initiatives, making data driven recommendations for improvements that will feed into the product roadmap.Crafting Epics, features and user stories and supporting, delivery of a backlog of ideas created within the business and in alignment with existing priorities. The ability to break down complex business & user needs into epics & stories, and to work hand in hand with the engineers to build & deliver themCreation and management of appropriate documentation to support broader business discussions, the technical team and ensure that there is clarity where there are variants to the base product solution.Using our unique data and insight you will support the continued improvement of the capabilities on our transactional platform and collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure our customer experience is market leading.Bringing together and collaborating with cross functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines and client expectations.Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers to ensure customer requirements are delivered on time and product changes are launched effectively.Partnering with a Product Manager to develop communication approaches so you can effectively engage with and influence relevant stakeholders, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ​​You are:

We don’t have Scrum Masters at Dealer Auction, rather we prefer that all team members share responsibilities for agile processes and ceremonies. We're offering a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience. You'll have 25 days holiday initially, increasing to 28 days and in addition bank holidays. You will have access to our rewards scheme and will be enrolled on to our ‘Gear Up’ employee discount programme.
There will be the opportunity to keep up to date with advances in product and technology, with access to relevant conferences and the wider product communities within both of our Parent companies; AutoTrader and Cox Automotive
We have a hybrid working model, with flexibility built around working from our offices as well as working from home. Enabling us to collaborate, learn from each other and focus as needed.
