They are looking for innovative Product Design Specialist looking to take the next step in their career.

Your role will involve leading exciting new development projects, providing technical support and liaising on technical matters, while also producing, maintaining and managing drawings and assembly. This senior role will also allow for direct assistance on decisions and team management responsibilities.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in on-water testing and assist in the building and testing of prototypes from concept to pre-production stage. Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to further develop your expertise.

THE ROLE
* Lead new exciting development projects
* Produce, maintain and manage assembly and drawings
* Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers.
* Liaise on technical matters and assist management.

* Advanced 3D CAD knowledge
* From a design background (BA, MA, BSc)
* Commutable to Berinsfield
