As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and help drive our growth.

Role Overview: As a Product Designer, you will work closely with our VP of Product, developers, product managers, merchandising teams, and other key stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance both our internal operations and customer-facing products. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of design projects that align with our business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers to help define the product design vision and roadmap.
  • Lead the design process from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring user-centred design principles are applied.
  • Work closely with the VP of Product and Product Managers to prioritise design features and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop detailed design specifications, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Coordinate with developers to ensure design integrity during the development process.
  • Monitor product design performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all design initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams using tools like Figma, Slack and ClickUp.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in the tech or fashion industry.
  • Strong proficiency with design tool Figma.
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into user-friendly designs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
