Product Designer (UI / UX) Cambridge / WFH to £50k

Are you an ambitious Product Designer looking for an opportunity to make an impact? You could be joining a friendly and supportive team working on game changing technology for the farming and agricultural community.

As a Product Designer you'll collaborate with the Head of Product to create clear, simple and intuitive user interfaces to enable farmers to get the most out of the software and data analytics platform. You take design ideas from initial concept through to implementation, collaborating with Software Engineers to introduce new features and redesign the existing ones for the next generation software release.

You'll liaise with clients / end users to understand the problems and they face and detail their requirements, adopting a user centric mindset to solve problems for customers via intuitive design. You'll also bring standardisation of design artefacts, develop a style guide / design systems and work with Head of Product to define the and develop the product roadmap.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Cambridge office once a month.

Requirements:

• You have experience as a Product Designer working on UI / UX, user research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing
• You have a strong portfolio of design work
• You have experience with Figma, Sketch, Framer or similar software; familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• You're keen to take ownership
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills
• An interest or understanding of farming / agriculture would be great but not necessary
