About the Product Developer vacancy
Your role is to develop successful products from concept to launch within the B2B sector, your customers include large food manufacturers throughout the UK.
- Carry out all product development-related tasks for customer accounts up to factory implementation and understand the product development guide and the parameters that need on products.
- Create recipes that taste great and are safe and stable.
- Build strong relationships with key customer accounts.
- Working cross-functionally with the wider company to deliver new briefs including Technical, Commercial and Process teams.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer product ranges.
About You
The successful candidate should have NPD experience within food manufacturing environment.
- Awareness of current trends, food innovation and knowledge of flavours etc is essential.
- A forward thinker with a flair for creativity and innovation and a passion for food, and quality.
- Project management skills would be desirable.
- Drives and has own car – site is not easily accessible by public transport.

The Product Developer is for a 9-month FTC and is based in Berkshire and is paying £33,000 Pro Rata plus benefits.
The working hours are Monday to Friday office hours.
