As a Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in our product development process. You'll be working closely with our design, sales, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product creation from conception to production. Your responsibilities will include managing critical paths, overseeing costings, controlling development sealing stages, conducting fit sessions, measuring samples, and ensuring compliance with product safety regulations. You will also liaise with factories in various countries to build strong working relationships and manage branded development trips.
Hours of Work: Full-time, with some weekend work required during production trips.
Product Developer Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the Fashion/Sportswear Industry.
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
* Adaptability to changing demands and priorities.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to make commercial decisions and understand technical construction.
