The Job You’ll Do;
- Work closely with the team of Electronics & Embedded engineers to deliver high-quality firmware.
- · Design, implement and test firmware for embedded systems.
- Collaborate with Embedded Engineers to successfully integrate firmware into embedded systems.
- Investigate/debug any issues in firmware/hardware.
- Maintain all architecture and documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure firmware meets product requirements and understand any constraints.
- Provide technical support to other team members.
- Abide by company Core Values and Code of Ethics and strive to meet and exceed the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments.
- Fluent in English language and desirable proficiency in other languages
About You;
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering or computer science.
- C programming experience.
- Understanding of embedded firmware and implementation.
- Experience in troubleshooting embedded systems and peripherals.
- Excellent teamwork skills but able to work autonomously when required.
- Self-motivated and capable of dealing with fast moving and varied events which are demanding.
- Able to analyse complex situations and give balanced well-considered decisions.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels both in and outside the business.
- TCP/IP & Networking experience (Desirable).
- LabView/TestStand or equivalent knowledge (Desirable).
