Meraki Talent’s Financial Services client is actively looking for two professionals within the product space, to work within their team. The term product means many things, to many different businesses, to this client this product role is heavily commercially focused, working closely beside those in sales and marketing, as well as technology (As opposed to working within a tech team as an Agile product professional!) Our client is looking for someone on the senior/managerial side, to take the lead, who is delivery focused and has a commercial mindset. Additionally, they are looking for someone at the mid/junior end, who wants a new career challenge. The team offers something a bit different, the chance to work in partnership with the ‘Head of’, across a variety of products and initiatives, taking these to market.
  
Responsibilities of the Product Development Manager/Analyst (Commercial – FS):
  
- Managing Product Development work to ensure performance is understood, monitored and optimised
- Leading Product Development projects
- Providing technical product input into the development of products
- Leading governance process of product change for the brand
- Ensuring products provide value for money and meet customer needs
- Review product literature and terms and conditions
 
Background of the of the Product Development Manager/Analyst (Commercial – FS):
 
- Experience working in the Financial Services is absolutely essential for this role, within a product role
- Strong commercial mindset is essential for this role, this is not a tech appointment
- Delivery minded approach is essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A personal and genuine interest in Financial Services is required
