We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Development Technologist to contribute to the creation of exciting new offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new food products from concept to launch.
• Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to drive innovation.
• Utilize technical skills to formulate, modify, and optimize recipes for taste, texture, and nutritional content.
• Perform sensory evaluations and coordinate product testing to ensure quality and consistency.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in Product Development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Product Development within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, recipe optimization, and food chemistry.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and innovations.
