Product Lead

Venn Group are working with a local authority to recruit an interim Product Lead.

The Product Lead will drive the development of digital products and services, and identify new offerings. Experience of products around reporting, assets, user portals and case management systems would be beneficial. 

This role will require attendance to the offices in London on a infrequent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Product options and delivery models
• Leading review and options appraisal for analytics tools
• Implementing a new contract monitoring approach for suppliers
• Reviewing staffing model and team structure, including alignment of other tech and data roles across the organisation
• Reviewing pricing model for technology and addressing technical debt
• Supporting and guiding team members

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Leadership / senior management of Product teams and matrix resources
• Excellent supplier management and understanding of commercial dependencies
• Public sector experience is highly desirable – particularly GDS standards
