Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £52,975.56 per annum
Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.
What exactly will you be doing?
As Product Manager you will collaborate with colleagues across AAT to develop and drive our product strategy and grow a portfolio of products and services. You will identify opportunities, develop value propositions, and manage the full product lifecycle. Your goal is to maximise market opportunities, meet KPIs, and deliver growth and engagement.
Major objectives
The key objectives for the role are:
- Collaborate with colleagues across AAT to develop and execute the product strategy and grow the portfolio of accounting products and services.
- Take responsibility for existing products and services, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated, developments are timely, and sales, marketing, retention and income targets are met.
- Identify market opportunities and maximise them by developing clearly defined value propositions that drive growth, engagement and KPI delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the portfolio including budgets and financial performance of all products and services.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for proactive and dynamic individuals to join our growing team. If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:
· Prior experience with new product development and managing the full product lifecycle.
· Strong project management skills including briefing, scheduling, and managing complex activity schedules.
· Prior experience with product strategy development and implementation.
· Knowledge of professional bodies, training, and/or the accountancy profession is desirable.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Problem solving skills and analytical thinking.
· Financial management skills including budgeting and new product budget management.
